Tress of the Emerald Sea – Spoiler Free Review

Hello book friends! As some of you may know, Brandon Sanderson is set to release a couple of secret projects. Tress of the Emerald Sea is the first one, and while I didn’t quite have the cash to fund the kickstarter, I did have the cash to buy the regular book a few months later. So by now I’ve read it, obviously. As a side note, if someone ever decides to sell their kickstarter edition, I will likely throw money at them real fast. With that said, the regular edition looks really good on my shelves, too.Tress of the Emerald…

These Hollow Vows – Spoiler Free Review

Am I posting two reviews in a row? Yes, I am. I’ve been making good progress reading some of my most anticipated releases of this year, one of which was These Hollow Vows. Legacy of Steel – Spoiler Free Review

Happy Tuesday book friends! I recently finished the sequel to Legacy of Ash: Legacy of Steel. I overall really enjoyed it, but I do think that the first book was slightly better. I’ve been reading gigantic epic fantasy tomes almost exclusively lately, and my brain is now close to mush. But, that doesn’t mean I can’t write a review. You can find my review for Legacy of Ash here, if you want to take a peek. Click…

Small Favors – Spoiler Free Review

Happy Sunday book friends! Last week I started and finished Small Favors with hardly any sleep in between. I don’t know what it is, but I could not stop reading. I had the same thing with this author’s other book, House of Salt and Sorrows. Obviously this is very positive! Small Favors was one of my most anticipated releases of this year and I seriously enjoyed it. It kind of gave me “The Village” vibes (not that I’ve even seen that movie), and it was so atmospheric. There are definitely some content warnings for this book though, so read those…

Lore by Alexandra Bracken – Spoiler Free Review

Happy Saturday book friends! So recently I was thinking about my most anticipated releases for the year, and found out I had hardly read any. I know some are not out yet, but still. I felt bad lol. So I decided to finally do something about it and read some of my most anticipated books I already own. First up was Lore, which came out last January. I had been looking forward to this one because I have come to enjoy Greek mythology a lot, and I really enjoyed Bracken’s other books. This one is no exception, as I literally…
